Time Event
Ubuntu Gutsy

So... I got one of those great, low-priced Rosewill LCDs and it works great.

Except when you give it an input that's "NOT SUPPORTED".

For those of you who have seen this, you know exatly what I mean. For the others: Even though the display is *fine* and I can see everything with no problem, the LCD insists on bouncing around this retarded box telling you that the display is not supported. This only happens on the login screen, though. Once I log in, the "normal" settings for X take over and my LCD is pleased. The login, though, is unsightly. So, my question:

How do I change the display settings for the login screen in Ubuntu Gutsy?
