Wireless network card - Proxim Orinoco Gold
Okay, given:
- A Proxim Orinoco Gold 802.11a/b combo card, Model 8460
- A reasonably competent GNU/Linux user (who has read at least one of tfm :)
- An otherwise working Debian install, including pcmcia-cs 3.2.2 + modules, as well as the stock 2.4.20 kernel modules.

How do I get this thing recognized? :)

My experience with PCMCIA is mostly "insert card, cardmgr autodetects, and off I go." However, cardmgr doesn't seem to be capable of autodetecting this card (it does notice when I insert it, Collapse ), it just doesn't load any drivers). I've tried the ray_cs and wavelan_cs from 2.4.20, and ray_cs, wavelan_cs, and orinoco_cs from the pcmcia-cs modules.

Any ideas?
